Quote (Warmaster Nice @ 13 Dec. 2005 (19:01)) | However I didn't really have the guts to do it since it involves chopping up a perfectly good Gargantuan Squiggoth. |
Great job.. gotta love that model!
Hehe don't be frightened - people often seem scared of FW stuff ?
I also chopped up one of my squiggoths and gave it a flail instead of a horn.. minor thing compared to yours I know.. but still ?

Love it WMN - stop tempting me away from my current chaos infatuation to go for feral orks!!!

Wow! I'm usually not an Ork fan, but these models almost made me change my mind. Very good stuff, WMN.
I've received that large order of miniatures I was speaking of recently.
The Empire & Bretonian Knights from WHFB will really make the conversions on the Raven Knight minis go that extra mile.
And I might just happen to build that SoB Battlesuit I've been thinking about...

Thanks guys
Still in an orky mood I've painted up a couple of Speedsta variants and a Dragster for my Speed Freeks.

WN, the conversion for the Leman Russ Exterminator, Chimerro and Chimerax look good to me. For the Chimedon, I would use your second choice with the shorter barrel, since the original Chimedon had a stubby barrel.
