Hi, Started work on my 3rd marine army. This was inspired by a chap who's doing a white stars force on the BnC and watching "The Longest Day", "Saving Private Ryan" and "Band of Brothers". I decided to drop the storm ravens color scheme and do this instead.

Very nice thunderhawk. The White Stars you are talking about are they a WW2 inspired space marine army? If so then yes they are very cool. I know of the guy who originally did them and my friend was actually in procession of them for a few years before selling them. They are a really cool army, I had the chance to play against them a couple times in the past and they look awesome on the battlefield.

Well you know I like It ! Great Job ! It looks like a War Machine, not a circus ride ! Very appropriate, since the Normandy Landings occured - 06/06/44 ...

Hi, Plm2212, the white stars I remember seeing had several models with steelpot helmets very sharp.
While going over the scion of iron list I was trying to figure out how i could model bombs on the t-hawk then I had a vision.... Stormbird/Stormhawk close support craft

I've been in a building mode today and I completed a unit of sabres. I tried to closely copy the instructions found in WD so I chopped up a couple of LR's to get the cupola and hatch.
