Getting much better. But unless you remove the exhaust pipes and side doors it will still look like a Rhino, at least to me. ?:)

Ah, Mojarn, patience, patience..... and I am going to use the exhausts, not remove them.... and add a few more too.
The doors will be treated in a different manner entirely.  :L

I should have known the High Magos has a plan already. Praise be the machine spirits!  :)

You sure this is STC canon, BTW?  :p

The exhausts could be turned into very nice secondary observation towers or gun turrets of some sorts. Anyway: I'm sure the Enginseer has a master plan :D Looking good V. :;):

Cheers! :)

Warmaster, I've already told you not to give away secrets!
Ok, the exhausts WILL in fact become gun turrets. I'm not sure whether this will be the CI secondary equipment given in the rules, or just 'decorative' light (autocannon scale?) arms.

cheers all  :D

Some how I managed to completely over look this topic until now.  Great job V.  I can't to see how it comes out.  Funny thing is I have been looking at my 40k Landraider for sometime trying to figure out how I would like to convert it into a dropship/transport.  Keep up the good work.

Thank you Audrey - it's going slow, because I've been overloaded at work, have to get ToEG stuff ready, and have been busy with some writing... and I'll be abroad for a couple of weeks soon, to make things worse. But it will get done... eventually! I've been mostly whinging about the need to break away from the 28mm scale feel - and that's what's currently being targetd by work in progress.

A Landraider-sized  dropship! Wow!     More difficult than my choice of project. Umm, loss of tracks, large tail surfaces on a boom... something on this scale; or perhaps the twin-tail Flying Boxcar look would work better: Fairchild C119

Ok, sorry, I'm getting carried away. Good luck Audrey - that WOULD be worth seeing!  :D

cheers,
John

Audrey -

Wow... that would be HUGE!! I don't know of anything even close to
that size in Epic. It'd dwarf a CI, even... ?:o ?:o

But neither are as much fun as the C-5 Galaxy. Now that was a major moving van with wings!
