Lots of fun detail on this big boy to paint. :))

I'd definitely tack some krew on to the gangways at the rear and possibly around the head once you finish painting the bulk of the model.  They would add a bit of 6mm "life" to the Gargant.

With regards to the Gatlin' Kannon not making it onto this model, had you considered making modular arms?  It might be fun on future models to make a few arm variants so you can swap them out.

Thanks :),
Ghudra it did cross my mind, but It looked like a hard thing to do so I passed. Maybe if I can find a way to do it on the next gargant I'll try?
I like the idea of a crew, and will try to add some later on.

I've started painting the gargant. I'm not so good with acrylics, so I'll have to be careful this time not to ruin the model.

First layer was black sprayed from a can. It has very strong bond to the plastic, so will be good if I handle the miniature.

The problem is that the black was very harsh and I had to soften it. To do that I sprayed some NATO black tamiya acrylics which is very dark gray onto the model. Next I highlighted the inside of the panels with Tamiya's german gray, also sprayed from the airbrush.

The pictures are very bad, it is much darke in real life, but I hope it will be better when I take final pic at the end.

Thanks for watching,
Eyal.

The easiest way I can think of for making modular bits on a gargant, is to use p-card tubing to create a sleeve inside the model.  You mount your other arms on p-card rod that you can then slide into the sleeve.  Alternately, you could use rare earth magnets inside the separate parts to secure the optional arms to the body.

Definitely give it a shot on a future project. :;):

Thanks you very much :),

I started painting the head, with gray primer and blood red. Then black oil wash to give it a darker look.
any suggestions on how to improve it will be gratefully accepted:
