Hmmm... Most annoying! ???
Really, GW gotta do something about their quality control. The occational slipup is acceptable but when what sounds like an entire range is mispacked I can't help but feel that it's gotta be bad for business:
If Ratty, myself and L4 all got faulty Steam Gargants I'm pretty sure we're not the only ones. Sort of like the Shining spears blisters that were all Exarchs.

Get those things sorted or reintroduce bitz service I say. Although it is nice to recieve free replacement products, I just can't help but wonder if this has an impact on the SG balance sheet, and thus a negative impact on the SG support as a whole....

Yes my shining spears were all exarchs except one sprue! I didn't bother complaining about it, though I did complain about a malformed exarch sprue in an avatar pack.

I will try and take some pics of all the steam and normal gargant weapons tonight.

HEre's an update on the Soviets:

Basically I just tried to copy some of the stowage from the SG tanks: Spare tyres, camo netting, pouches, rolled up things, boxes etc.etc. Not all of it can be made out in the pic I'm afraid but it should show considerably better once painted. :;):

Thanks Boyz, well that gives me the idea, B/L ! ?And I don't think I have any of those ?!?! ??? ?And that Zzap gun does look like the one in the S/wind pic ... ? ? ? M/co if you do take pics, do the headz too ?! I'm half tempted to call G/W US, but I bought mine in Mar.06 ! :O? ? ?And WMN ... you're look'n mighty Red ! ?Very nice work ! ?
I was thinking about putting some of my extra E/W Gladius Turrets on a few of my Hoplons too ... a Chimera proxy ! ?:D

I had the same problem. I rang to complain, and got sent another wrong pack. I called again, and was told to cut the horns off... and they would talk to the mail order manager to see if they could send the correct ones. I never heard from them again.  :devil:

This is not good.
