Shesh, L4, you're so pushy

Yes ... I am ... :)  I'm almost 5 & 1/2 decades old ... I'm running out of time ! :oo:  Who know how much longer I have ?! :oh:

That's a good point  Ã‚ Though technically any of us could be struck by a meteor or choke on a pretzel tomorrow, so I guess we better get our minis sooner than later

Time waits for no man ...    Or alien probably ...   :alien:

Without the intakes looks better IMO. And, for the record, the guy in the middle (with both intakes sculpted) looks like a really PO'd Mickey Mouse.  :p

Now that you mention it... LOL

Oooh... Schmexy tanks.
Could they be used as Macharius proxies or are they too large?

I made a Macarius conversion based on the old Enforcer. Compared to the SG tanks they're too big, but htey're about right next to a FW Super Heavy tank

Small update: Added camo patches in Desert Yellow and washed them down with Devlan Mud wash.

Cheers and thanks. Yeah I though I might as well do this as a painting guide. :)

Added highlights. First a coat of desert yellow followed by two highlights of desert yellow and white mixes. This is by far the most time consuming part of painting these, but also the part that pretty much makes or breaks the model. The basic green drybrush is easy enough, and the dark brown I'm about to add is also very forgiving. However Desert yellow is such a thin and bright color that you need to put a bit extra work into it to make it look good.

Next step: Adding more patches in Scorched brown. This is a nice color with good coverage. I use it to tidy up seams where the desert yellow looks a bit fuzzy. Usually I try to add it so it touches areas of the desert yellow for maximum contrast (I do this extensively on the MBT, but the Enforcer is somewhat larger so this is not always possible if you want to strike a good color balance throughout the model.

After the brown has been given a black wash for shading and a slight highlight with a mix of scorched brown and graveyard earth, the metal parts are picked out in mithril silver. On the MBT I haven't really bothered highlighting the brown, as the weathering that I'll be adding as a finishing touch provides sufficient highlights IMO.

Metal bits such as weapon barrels get a straight wash of Badab Black. The tracks get a heavier mix of black ink and snakebite leather for a slightly rustier look.
