Warning! Heads are nearing depletion. Everybody who has contacted me so far will get heads, but the end is near for those thereafter.

I have six spare heads if anyone finds themselves in need.

Instead of using the heads supplied I've used the head and banner of a Chaos lord for each of mine.

Stock entirely depleted. Requesting more, which will mostly solve the head situation.

Oh happy in water mammal, would you ever consider hiding on the web anyware a history document of what you have done to date (and hell whether they are available) with a pic of each completed thing so people like me can wonder at it?

Anyone have any good conversion component ideas for a Crab close combat flail like the W40k model can have?

Would guitar wire be too thick to have multiple strands bundled together and then spreading out?

There's some guy who used to sell pewter cables that would be ideal for it...Dragonforged? Maybe that's the name.

I'm working out a conversion for this at the moment and am planning on just using regular electronics wiring with some GS & p-card help.  You can texture the rubber sheath that surrounds most wiring, so it seems like a good fit.

You could even take a basic strand of wire, string it taut between two posts, run an enveloping layer of GS over the whole thing, put some cool texture in it and then clip it in sections & bend your flail bits before it completely hardens.

Skaven packmaster whip bits might work as well.

I'll be interested to see how that goes, but I'm not overly convinced of my own ability to cut the green-stuff/cable to look even and right and am probably more inclined to try and find pre-made parts. Don't go out of your way if you don't, but do you or anyone have a link to Dragonforged at all?

Think the Skaven Packpaster whips would be too big to be a good match. Tails from a few plastic skaven rats might work though, if one could find some little mace-like end things for the end (they do go in a bit towards the end, but it's the closest I've seen so far).

Great suggestion! The thinnest of those looks like a good option. Thanks O-man

All I need now is some little mace ball things to go on the end. Anyone have any ideas for them? Don't mind if they're on a plastic or metal model, I'd try and track it down.

Mine arrived yesterday. They've been washed and I'm putting them together right now. These are a fun little kit, and they're going to be a blast to paint.

Bonus: Since I'm putting them together mostly "stock" I've also got enough missile pods left to convert some old plastic land speeders into typhoons.

I think I’ve found a solution! Yey! It’s even an epic miniature – plastic Flesh Hound tails; you only need to sacrifice six of them to make one defiler  Hmmm maybe I need to trade me more Flesh Hounds methinks.
