I just worked out that Bowelburnas are better all round than Scorchers for the same points, so I have some spare :)

heh
i hated orks (and SM too)
but in each boxed game i got there were both ;D
(and mind you gameboxes were only thing i could buy in my town/country)

so i grew warm on the green buggers
and acumulated a lot of them

(and still hate bunch of my SMs ;D

Actually, I used to feel the same way whe I first played SM2- was never really keen on the orks.  Mainly because the 40k Ork fluff at the time was too cartoony and the way they tended to be fielded in the WD reports (ie lots of different clans) never appealed. Then I got back into epic a couple of years ago and I was really impressed by the new angle on them.  

I.e. tough, hard as nails and literally wired up differently to need speed and explosions.  Now the madcap side of the orks seems much more believable.  In fact I know the one model that singlehandedly shanged my opinion of the Orks and led me to collect a blood axe army:




It was just the ork with the cigar. Something so kelly's heroes about him.  Sheer sodding Genius.
