Hi!
The essence of all games is the social interaction, I think thats why I find the discussion part of it so entertaining. On occasions I have found myself showing up for some games only to just spend the evening talking about gaming instead of doing it. It was still fun though...

Charging is a tad complex for him... lining up and shooting without moving, even when some of your units are out of sight is his level. I had small squad that spent the game hidden behind a hill, half his army was lined up waiting for it to move whilst my entire army was rolling up his flank...
I think he was inspired by the Prince of Orange from Napolionics perhaps...

Hi!
I find that a lot of "average" gamers don't really grasp tactics very well, even in games where tactics are either very simple or fairly obvious (GW games). I think that it may be due to the "save and re-load" mentality of computer games, where if you screw up, you get another knock at it. Of course this depends where you find your opponents. I find people with backgrounds in historical gaming to be very good opponents, but thats just my experience.

I'm pretty much with you Primarch, many G/W gamers are just interested in "bright, shiny things" ...
