I'm sceptical as to FW's intentions but in any case I just wanted to say thanks for the obvious efforts you have made E+C for Epic. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed and some dosh on standby for next year.

... How BIG are "real scale" Titans going be ?...

If they keep the scale they used with the FW Reaver, as seen HERE, it won't be a shocking change in size.  Truescale Titans would definitely look a bit odd with the older Titans much like the AI models don't match up with the undersized Epic flyers.

That's part of my point ... based on the G/W Epic aircraft next to the F/W AI aircraft ... I have both and literally consider the F/W version whole other aircraft based on their large size ! :sus:  And also if F/W does Real Scale(RS) Titans ... next to the other original Titan sizes ... it will certainly be noticable, IMO.  My guess would be a RS F/W Warlord would be as big the G/W Imperator !   And how big would a F/W RS Imperator be ?!?!? :oo:   Not to mention the fact that F/W could charge a BIG price for all that resin.  They can make more profit by selling large expensive models then bunches of 6mm Infantry packs.  But that being said, I strongly doubt we'll see F/W do the beautiful Necrons & 'Nids.  But for Titan-philes, I'd give you a 50-50 chance for seeing AT F/W by '10 or '11 ...   So as the Zenmaster said, "We'll see ..."  8v)

I have a question. Are the current eldar titans supposed to be true scale or are they small also ?

Yes, I believe all Titans are scaled down. :alien:

E&C...wow. Dude! You are Awesome!  :))

Despite the inevitable nay-saying from those who feel burned from previous GW actions, you're doing a VERY good thing. Keep on fighting The Good Fight, brother.

If my meagre writing skills can be of any use to you, they are at your disposal. Given my complete lack of ability when it comes to building or painting, there's probably not much I can offer your Campaign Of Awesomeness, but whatever I can do...you need but ask.  :agree:

Aye... With a little measuring and math, that titan would be approximately 7.5 cm in height (assuming 6 mm for that guy below him). Doesn't seem to be that big. Would that even be bigger than the current model?

Well I totally support E&C petitioning F/W to do the those excellent "greens" we saw. I hope it comes about ... I just lack "faith" in G/W-F/W.  Now on the question of Titan size.  Just measured my Epic Reavers ... to the top of the carapace - about 50mm/5.0cm ...  So 5.0cm vs. 7.5cm(75mm). Or in "Yank-speak" - 2 inches vs. 3 inches ... So - DWWFY ... :))

I don't intend to ever buy any of the aircraft models (I'm of the opinion that using a smaller scale for aircraft looks better on the table), but I will certainly pick up a few Eldar titans at the larger scale (if only to get an updated phantom).

Making models in what amounts to a new scale still seems like a big waste of effort though.

a big waste of effort though.

Look at how many Imperial Guard variants FW puts out...  they *LOVE* to waste effort!   :))

It's about 10/20% bigger I think.

Thanks E&C !  That does not sound too bad ... But we'll have to see what they look like side-by-side ... :))

Just a quick question to E&C:  when you had your brief sit-down, did you go over any numbers like revenue potential etc?

I'm curious as to whether the guys at FW were looking at what you brought them with a ballpark idea of what the bottom line for FW would be or if they just wanted to see what you had.
