Due to its size, do you have an idea of the large walking robot price ? I suppose, I could easily reach 70GBP (if produced by FW) ?

We're hoping to hit between 35 and 50. The lower the better really, all depends on production costs.

Crikey! That'll probably be more than a new Forge World Warlord with the titan game will be. Guess it is a very big model and going to be pricey to make.

Equivalent volume forgeoworld models are between £60 and £100. So if Forgeworld produced a "true scale" warlord it would probably be in that price range.

Ouch!!
:_(
I was really enthusiastic about this project and the small/medium robots but the proposed costs are draining this enthusiasm.

Would it be better for FW to sell one model at £50 or 10 models at £30? Even if the rate of return on each individual model is smaller they would still make more money from volumes.

I hope you can do everything you can to keep the cost down. For 6mm models most people are going to be more concerned with practical gaming use on the tabletop rather than as a display piece.

The current SG Warlord Titan is £30- that price is in itself inflated- I would be willing to pay maximum of £20 for the current SG Warlord and thus have only bought second hand titans.

Therefore I sincerely hope that you can keep the price of this truescale Warlord down to the £30 mark- otherwise you will have priced me out of being able to afford one....

Cheers

James

Various people in Forgeworld have told me if they made a Reaver Titan it would cost 'Dreadnought money' (about £35-£40) although I reckon it could be done a bit cheaper than that.

It's not unreasonable to assume that a Warlord might cost more than that however.

I was thinking it'd be about £40-£50 as well, and considering the current Lucius is £30 and this is ten times as good, I'm totally happy to purchase at least one or two at that price point.

Couple of support missile ideas:
These are based on existing missiles - or proposed missiles.

Number 1 by far. Number 2 look a little too wacky for any right-thinking cogboy to come up with.

Number 1 has potential.

I'm guessing number two was very much an abstract idea rather than the finished concept, but definitely number one out of the two, though I'm not sure either is essential tbh.

What would you put underneath the cut by the way? Leave the panel below or something else?
