Wow doesn't really suffice for these. Clean, solid colours - with all the highlighting/shading you could ever wish for, exceptional detailing and wonderful basing/modeling. As close to a perfect PJ as you could ever hope to see, made even more remarkable considering the scale. I call you out as Tom Thumb and claim my £5.

Very nice paint jobs and an excellent job on the black lining. Thanks for the inspiration. The heresy era Death Guard is the one of the main 4 traitors that I haven't tried to paint in 6mm yet.

They look awesome and I wouldn't dirty them up, you tend to just lose the effect in this scale I think.

I was about to start painting and posting my new Orks (and marines and guard and squats...) then I saw these and burned my paintbrushes in a sacrificial ritual. These are spectacular. Superb. Eye-wateringly beautiful.

Do small children (and we larger children) touch you in the street in the hopes the talent can be shared?

@Marconz - thanks, I think I will indeed skip on the weathering for now. I experimented a bit this afternoon on a test land raider, with mixed results. The idea of having to repaint all that white if I mess up the weathering on my finished models is just, well :nooo

I hope to finish some more rapiers tomorrow - watch this space. I'll also try and take some group shots.

Had a productive painting weekend and finished some more Rapiers and Jetikes. Those sculpts really show their age (especially the Jetbikes), but I wanted to include them for nostalgia's sake.
