Those look good, i'd say your painting is definitely improving.

looking great. The green grass base looks slightly incongruous though :)

Thanks for the encouraging words chaps, much appreciated!
When I started this army I hadn't really paid much attention to the detail on the minatures. I hadn't appreciated just how much work there would be in this, but I'm actually quite happy that was the case because I may have resisted starting at all. But even though each miniature takes a fair amount of time to paint, this is the first time that I've had such a sense of satisfaction.
I think I may actually be starting to enjoy this painting lark!

Thanks Llamahead! Your thread gave me some inspiration to get started on the Juggers - first squad nearly done! I know it probably sounds Khorney, but brass, red and black continue to be the theme of my army. Will post up some more pics soon!

Ok, due to other Epic projects my Chaos work has slowed of late... For those who have been missing my updates, here's a squad of Juggers to help you get through these frugal times!

Thanks Dogtrooper, I was worried that joke may have been too subtle for people to notice! But keep your filthy eyes off my Jugs! ;D

Haha! I know they are probably a big no-no for many, but I'm here representing the hardcore old-school players. I didn't like that mucky looking green I used for my IG army so invested in a wee tub of Goblin Green (or whatever it's called these days). One day all of my units for all armies will be painted with that stuff!

Khorne Titan with my first attempt at a conversion. I used some modelling clay to build the skull on to the carapace. Rest assured, I won't be doing much in the way of conversions in future!

My Khorne army is now finished! I'll try and put the lot out and post a pic over the next few days!

I still have the other powers and all of the general Chaos stuff - beastmen, trolls, minotaurs, etc still to paint as well, but think I am going to get stuck into painting the Orks. They are the last remaining force where I have nothing painted up!

This thread will return again though at some point!
