More on the helldrake
For some reason the reds were washed out and it looks far more yellow than it actually is. The scheme is based on the art in the Chaos Codex.

Im pretty happy the way it turned out, Also while I had my laser goin cutting the parts for the other 2 drakes I also made some blast markers.

Hell drake looks stunning ! At 6mm it seems much more convincing than the 28mm one, and i'm far from a hater of the 40k version - just out of place in 28mm - much like many of the old chaos engines. Sorry to thread jack, but has anyone seen how god-awful the 40k death dealer looks : http://pinsofwar.com/warhammer-40k-apocalypse-white-dwarf-july-2013/. :{[] I almost fell off my chair.

When I saw that picture, I was certain it was a Photoshop Internet hoax, like the Blood-Angels-on-bats-picture. Is that thing for real? Like Nitpick says, the old model has a certain charm, this looks like an awful kitbash between fantasy warriors and chaos tracked vehicle.

Cheers guys, As for the death dealer, the 40k version is more like a daemon snowplow of Khorne.

Mate - that Helldrake looks sh1t hot! :o 8) :)
Have to see it this Tuesday otherwise there'll be blood!

Oh and those blast markers look exactly like the Litko ones :)
