Hi,
Since it's looking unlikely that I am going to make it (at least anytime soon), I'll share my Krawler plans. I was going to use a landa as the hull (jaws shut as it is underwater, jaws open to ground level when it reaches the beach).
With tracks (possibly from Battlefortresses), re-positioned fins and a new green stuffed cockpit (two "bubble" domes with framing), along with a periscope and propellor (obviously!); I was aiming for a shark/whale look to it. If I had made a couple, I might've even tried to make a hammerhead version. 
May still do it, but would wait for the OGBM list to be official first (and see what GW bring out for the Krawler). Take a look at Carl's landas on Dropship and imagine them with tracks.

I imagine the Beatles Yellow Submarine (I had a 1/32 scale model, back in the '70s !  ), with tracks like on the battleforts, but a bit more "crude" !

LOL! Da Yella Krawla!
I imagine the BFG Ork Battleships would be a good base for the body. A bit expensive though but then it would simply be a matter of adding some tracks and the appropriate gunz.
Can't wait to see what you come up with Vanvlak!
...Hmmm.... I am getting more and more excited about this OGBM list. Maybe it's time to look at some Drop Roks and some of thee other nice stuff...

Hi all, well Krawly won't be ready by the end of the month due to postgrad overloads, fillling in for all the rest of the dept. at work (they ALL went and left me ALONE! Waaaaaaaaaah!), and the competition work. But at least I've got a new concept which is (well, I think it is) better than the last one. Possibly easier to do, too, but time will tell. It is bigger, and I'm already visualising a similarly scaled Landa. This would probably be big enough to carry Mekboy Gar- er, Super Stompas. At least.....
