Nope, not to me I'm afraid. I know I'm imposing logic in a place where it doesnt belong but....
If a Legion has no standard organisation, and could be anything from 20 to 100 titans, than how can Quatro and Demi mean anthing at all? A Quatro of a 100 Titan legion is still more than a full strength 20 titan legion. The distinction is irrelevant.
The term Demi is used today in some militaries- the French Foreign Legion uses the term Demi-Brigaden similarly to how I've described above
As I said, its probably just me trying to impose a military organisation template where it doesnt belong... and hasnt really been thought about either.

Sorry to bust your bubble there Chris!
L4 is right- it is a GOOD thing that GW doesnt try to do everything. Whether it is intentional or not, it is good not to spoon feed everybody so now I can organise my Legio differently to Chris, and everybody else. Mine will be a square structure - now that I have thought about it I like it even more. My Chaos one will be different though.
There was also passing mention somewhere of a Psychic Titan Legio....

I think after all our discussion, and "fluff" research, as Chris listed, a Titan Legion has, Titans and attached Knights, Tech-guard and Ordinatus. ?After that you're pretty much on your own ...

This must be one of the few things GW hasn't said anything about exact organisation, all they tell us is what is in one (Titans, Knights etc.), then as L4 says you are on your own!

Yeah, but as we have said, that lack of guidance (or spoonfeeding) shouldnt be a probalem. We can do what we want.
For me, that means I'll be using the organisation I proposed above with Quatros comprised like old Battlemech Lances
eg Patrol Quatro - 2 Warhounds, 3 Reaver Titan battlegroup
Heavy Quatro - 3 Warlords, 2 Warhounds
Assault Quarto - 5 Warlords
Superheavy Quarto - 2 Imperators, 3 Warhounds
but because its not been cast in stone by GW, every player can design and use their own without fanatical fluff Nazis pointing the accusatory finger at them, so its a good thing 
I think the main point is that we looked and cant find it so now its up to us

I think I will design my own Organisation for my Titan Legion (If I ever get one ) But your idea's Taz is food for thought. I like the idea of themed "Quatro's" or companies for titans.
The only thing I think I would change is to swap a warhound for a warlord or reaver in the Superheavy quatro. It seems to fit better, in my view.

Maksim, no I have not. But that's a thought. As I said previously my Titan Legion TO&E is a Hydrid (as many things I do, for Epic), of SM1,SM2 & E40K. I can field Titans, supported by TG + Ordinatus Vehicles. So it works for us, and as I said before also, we don't always field Titans and when we do there are only 1 or 2 per side. But we have a system in place based on the fluff and the various rule systems... and it works !

And that is the most important lesson of all isnt it- whatever it is, it has to work for you and your gaming group.
Your are right though L4, it would have to be a monster game to have more than a few titans each (unless you are playing AT). The most I have seen on one side for a SM2 games was 6 Warlords, butthat was because my mate had 6 and wanted to use them all for kicks

Like I have said many times in the past, do what works for you and your Boyz. My one buddy is a Fanatical SM2 Fan (like a Taliban Cleric !) and they always talk about 5 Gargants on the board, etc. ...  !!!
