It is indeed a strange conflux of these things, the excellent monolith, the superb infantry, and my mediocre Zombie Euro Robot Symbol / scenery, all happening essentially at once.

And none of it was planned or coordinated... as though it were simply time to do it.

Edit - in retrospect, I think Moscovian can be credited for it via Raiders.

Thanks for all the encouragement and enthusiasm, I'm hoping that the monolith will be completed tomorrow, the casts will then hopefully be ready next week. A glowing one isn't far off then.

I've got the first cast out of the mold, couple of problems, one annoying bubble, but I reckon it's a working model. Clear cast will be next week, don't expect great results as it's not a great resin we have but I'll try.
