Griffon Games offer a transfer creating service. You supply the style and size and they will set up and print them for you. I have used this service in the past for my 40k Raven Guard and they were excellent - pics on my 1ksons site.
The only downside is you have to cut out the transfer you want to use and the entire sheet is one large transfer rather than the GW style of individual transfers on a sheet.
Hope this helps.
Excellent work.
D.

Another solution to painting maltese crosses is to start with a white square. Then paint a red "x" in the middle and add another white blob at the centre. It won't look good for latger stuff but very small ones should look decent this way and be relatively quick to paint.
...Oh, and great stuff

And some old school whirlwinds, the one on the end at the right was sculpted out of milliput, (except for the sides)
