So I've been tinkering with my Vanaheim basing. Not sure whether I need to add more (in terms of variety or mass).

In the picture you also see the first pair of Vendettas, now that my Valk Patrol has come in. I think they work well, plus the cannon double as a Vulture Punisher on the intended chassis. Piece of battlefoam won't be on the finished product, sorry.

I'm considering color schemes for my Cadians. Needs to be pretty simple I have this idea of two of each Support (purely to facilitate playtesting, of course), but I end up with eight or nine thousand points to do so. White with red would take too long, but I may attempt to find some Maple Leaf decals for fun. My front runners are to use the same colors as my SL (Catachan Green with Camo Green drybrush and Badab Wash), or to do black with extreme highlighting in Shadow Grey and Space Wolves Grey, and perhaps some secondary color.

Sidetrack for a color test for my Necromunda gang.

Cpl. Nero Kasrholm. He looked like he needed a moustache. It also looks like he has a bit of a lazy eye from this angle, but thet should improve with practice. I've not done too many figs this large.

Now back to 6mm.

Fresh of the assembly lines at the forgeworld of Enhydra is the prototype Armageddon-pattern Griffon.

Now to do 11 more for my two Cadian Griffon Platoons.

Yep. Cut it off after the box and glued the front in.

Will definitely be investigating these Armageddon-pattern Griffon when I come to finish my Steel Legion force in the New Year. They look good.

Cheers

James

Another detour into 28mm land. This time I'm hitting the sprting events.

My Skaven team, Skarsnik's Slashers, converted from old-style clanrats. No names yet, but I'm thinking blue with purple trim.
