The banner is a Man o War sail if my guess is right.

Guys- The ones jprp is refering to are not from Man O War. I have used copies of MOW sails and banners on various titans as follows- Tzeentch, back row both ends, Slaanesh- 2nd row second from the left, and Nurgle - backrow of warlords second from right. I am a MOW player and have the Chaos fleets. The 4 big slaanesh banners are definitely not sourced from there. The mystery remains.

Aahh, not the triangular ones! Now i see which you mean.

It looks to me the standard slaanesh symbol.

Perhaps from WD or custom made.

Would be easy to create something similar.
