You've done a lot of great work! I can't wait to see the Tyranid "imperial" titan.

Thank you all! :)
I'll keep the thread updated with any news!
(i'm currently working on a "tyranid" Aquila Strongpoint... I don't know what will be the result, but I'll try my best)

EDIT:

Looking good sir but you need more regular footsloggers for that swarm effect I think.

Since GlynG has sold me a really cool Hierophant I find myself in need of more miniatures, so now, I'm trying to give the army a more "swarmy" look!

Detail is not the best, but I think once painted and in the table, they'll look good enough!
What do you guys think?

They look awesome. Did you sculpt them yourself, or are they from a press-mould?

It looks like press mold, all bases are identical.

thanks!! :)
And yeah, its a mold!
I put a bunch of Termagaunts together and then did a mold with oyumaru, so the level of detail is not the best, but it'll suffice (I hope... xD)

Rastaman's brother put his nids on hexagonal bases - combine both ideas and you'd have an absolute horde of gribblies!! Looking forward to seeing some paint on these!

I can't quite tell (which perhaps is a compliment to the proxies) but was the mould done with 'original' plastics, or some proxy/alternate? I ask because I might suggest something similar to a friend I'm trying to lure into 6mm and he's fond of home-brew and scratch built units.

Either way, love the work!

That would be sick! But rebaseing all the minis would be such a headache! :nooo

Those are proxys, not the GW ones. But the "originals" I bought look so much better!
you can see them on other pics from Gaunts in the thread! :)
