Argh. As you may have guessed, work has hit again. Still, I did manage to put together a grand total of two Land Speeders! I will assemble the other two, and post pictures as soon as I can. Just keeping this thread alive really.

Just keeping this thread alive really. | You're doing better than me mate. I havent even finished off my thunderbolts & leviathan for my Desert Ferrin - They've been on my desk for a month!
I've been totally overwhelmed with painting work lately & theres little desire for me to paint epic scale in my own time
I reccommend taking a few weeks out & not thinking about it. When projects begin to loom over your head if you fall behind your percieved schedule, they tend to start feeling like a chore rather than something you want to do.
We look forward to seeing your progress as and when it occurs.

Hi!
I wouldn't call that bad Tuff. It means people love your painting and will throw large wads of cash at you to get it!
Thats a good thing!

Primarch | Dont get me wrong mate, its a brilliant thing - I'm booked up until mid summer with provisional bookings through until next Christmas already! Its only a bad thing becuase I had said I'd be doing at least one more diary myself & I simply cant get into it.

The problem is not that it is a chore, the problem is that I end up working until I sleep and then getting up to go to work!
I need to be able to survive without sleep. How much I could get done then!
Anyway, I found 20 minutes to construct the four Land Speeders. They need a few holes filled and an undercoat, but you get the idea.

I could not work out how to get that movement and 'skimmer' ability across, but I think that I got there in the end.

WOW! Mounting the speeders on a piece of ruin is an absolutely brilliant idea CS! Looks great and I really don't think that the "movement bit" is an issue.
Cheers!

Thanks for the comments guys. I guess that we will see a host of skimmers on ruins. I look forward to the pictures. Next up, putting together the Land Speeder Librarian. This will be similar, but I have a few plans.

Ah ha! And you all thought that this was dead! Not so. Sure, I have no news or minis or anything.... OK, good point.
Anyway, a question. In a formation of two Warhounds (Romulus and Remus), is it worth getting one of each the standard and Infernus weapons fit from Forge World? Is a single Infernus enough. I must admit that I like it, and I do think that it will be useful, so I am leaning towards 'yes', but I wanted other opinions.
