It still weirds me out how much larger flying vehicles are over tanks.

They arent bigger, they're just closer :p

In all seriousness it creeps me out a bit too.  Particularly since the scale creep on flyers is particularly pronounced.  i mean I have all 3 versions of the GW t'hawk.  The old thunderbricks look like grot bombs nxet to the E:A thawk!!

Yep, I have all three T/Hawk and others and scale creep is alive and well ! ?And Of course some aircraft are bigger then AFVs ... Some aircraft carry AFVs internally or slung-loaded below. ?:)

I like the flying Rhino!
Don't compare it to a Chimera. My least favorite vehicle.

To bad I already have a long list of other things to get. If I ever get that far I will have to give some to my marines.

look at a pic of a apc or tank next to an f-15 or somthing. i think the f.w. stuff is MUCH closer to epic scale than the s.g. stuff

The Arvus is a transport choice for Imperial Guard airborne squads in 40k (It seats 12 just like a Chimera)... and in the background is a small cargo hauler... it's not the kind of craft a Marine would be happy to fly around in! :D

Yep, the F/W stuff is much more to scale than G/W ... AFVs are BIG but Aircraft are BIGGER !  :D

Of course, you could just buy Flak 88's from GHQ... 5 for $9.

Just got some of these, and they're frikkin' cool.

Sounds like you have about the same luck as me.  Waiting on a whole bunch of stuff from my last order and from an order months ago that were either missing or broken.

For what it's worth, I ordered some stuff from FW a couple of weeks ago (the morning of Wed 25th, to be exact) and they arrived yesterday. According to the invoice they were checked and dispatched on Tuesday. They are saying on their website that they're very busy at the moment and to expect delays.
