Great Zep !  Get those weapons on that Big Boy !!  :D And I'd wear that mask when working on F/W Resin ... It's toxic !!!!   I'd try be reassigned to another unit, (maybe the E:A-40K version of the DAK !)  if the DoK has to wear G/Masks !  I've worn one 6 hrs or more in the Army ... It sucked !!  :D

ill never wear a gasmask again after going to iraq. bomb shelter drills at the worst possible times, sleeping in the damn thing, RUNNING in it for FUN? whatever, no more gasmasks for me.

i was a floor sander for many years before returning to school, gotta agree on the mask issue, i think i can still see the lines from mine on my face when i look in the mirror. of course thats probably just natural ugly im looking for another explanation for ! :)

Yep, living in a Chem contamination would suck ... Those frack'n CPOGs (Chem Protective Over Garment) in desert was just a #$%^& !  I'm glad we never had to go into MOPP in the Jungle !  But as hot and humid as the Jungle was I'm sure it have affected the Chems too ... but would still probably kill a few !   Oh, well those days are long over !  :D   See what you started, W/N !  :;):  I'm out of the DoK !!  LOL !    :)

I'm in. I use one of those things for laser material deposition. Metal fumes are killers.

love the Zep W/N - looking forwrd to se the finished product!

Found it pretty ok with the gas mask - untill the drill sargents started playing with the military grade tear gas to "let us train under real conditions"...  :angry:

I hated sleeping in those things.  The M40 was a lot better than the M17, but still gawdawful.  I had a buddy in PLDC who puked in his;  it's a story you'd probably rather not hear.

My real question here is:  Why is WMN afraid to show his face to us??
