It was a unanimous decision, which is ironic given my presence on the board.

@007, for the armor, ya the whole thing. On the weapons is was selective/pushed to the shaded areas. I also used Plate Mail and Shining Silver on those, rather than Gun Metal and Plate Mail. Made for shinier weapons.

I finished up the red this week (although I'm thinking I might hit it with one more highlight, thoughts?) and got a basecoat and wash on the leather, wood, socks and hair. I hope to finish those up next week, paint the feathers and do touchup, then basing!

Beautiful! I'm really tempted by 10mm........ They wouldn't look amiss in a thirty years war army!

I was hoping to get some decals on these for the banners but ran into printer problems. These are "done enough" for the Tale, but I hope to come back to them at one point for the banners, one more dullcote and grass tufts for the Warmonger Miniatures store.

I haven't posted in awhile, but have been working on some Epic and Wrath of Kings over the last few months. I began building an Eldar army and painted some levy for my Knights, Epic-wise. I still need to do Snipers, anti-air and artillery yet.

Wrath of Kings-wise, I finished up my Blood Engine (pics to come) and I've been frantically painting the Mighty Taur for a local painting competition that ends tomorrow. It's going to be close.

Think I still have some of those of guard heavy weapons guys around. Want/need them?

You have heavy bolters converted from IG lascannon dudes spare? Wish I knew that before I went and converted mine. Getting the ammo boxes on there was a pain. :P

I'm likely good, thanks though.

Great color selection. Very striking.

Love the RT guard.
