the preds you speak of are definitely E40k-era, they added lots of details in that edition, in general the best models were produced during the E40k-era, they often created many variants of models with stowage, sandbags and camo netting, which could be combined in hundreds of ways to make really unique models, when E:A was released, they streamlined the range down to 1-2 different variants in most cases, often re-moulding them so they were in fewer pieces.... shame really
they are cool, definitley add character to an army. the valkeries are the ones with the straight rear wing? ive got three similar looking planes with a more curved rear wing.
ive just got them and i do want to build up my air, ive been stockpiling stuff for a while now if ive got some spare ill pm you it will be a while before i get near them. the thunderhawks ill be hanging onto they are nerd gold! plus i will be using them in marine armies eventually
