Thanks Primarch.

I've been running through the rules using my Ork v Guard infantry, a couple of rounds of sit and shoot usually sees off the advancing Orks. I can see why they need larger formations.

Please explain the 'sweeping movement ability', Nuno.

Oh, not a rule per se. It's the fact that they have a big speed and, with a double move, can go the full 70cm, and still have 30-60cm weapons range. That means, to me, that they can outmanoeuvre and outflank a less manoeuvrable enemy quite nicely and potentially provide crossfires and supporting fire to a rather big distance from their initial position in a given turn. I'd like to be able to help out in one of our playtest games, but I still haven't been able to portforward my #$%! router...

Makes sense, I was quite surprised/encouraged by the stats for Boyz/Nobz. Looking forward to our next game. I have a new router and 40mb fibre broadband now.

Finally got time to complete my Minigeddon minis. Lots of pics on my blog, as always, below is a taster. The majority of the vehicles are miscasts I got cheap on eBay, so their not perfect, but ive done the best with them.

Really like what you've done with these - great colour contrast and detail in there.

Have saved for my 'inspiration' gallery!

Cheers

Thanks mate, it's not a difficult paint scheme. Simple and effective.
