I did one building individually as a test, I think the colours are OK but I might try and get the sandstone a bit brighter on the other buildings, and the fire damage and rust a bit darker. I was tempted to go dark grey and black and just accentuate the features of the first set of photos but I can't help thinking that grey buildings are just a bit boring.

I want one or two. And I have old leviathans to trade for them. They need paint-stripped (I got them off of ebay) but are good to go.

Unless someone teaches me how to scratch-build my own Sexy Leviathan.

EDITED TO ADD: Wait a minute, isn't Onslaught doing one sometime? Though it might be a tad bit expensive?

Wasn't there one being released by Troublemaker Games? I'd check out Steel Crown and see if they have it available for sale. I think it was from their second Indegog campaign.

Oh, and your stuff looks great. The building in the hillside is a great idea!

Yes. They did indeed. And it is mightily pretty and hefty nugget too :-)

Yet more nice stuff! Keep em coming.

Some more progress getting things painted: Image

I've been stuck trying to figure out a good colour scheme for a long time, I hope these colours will let models stand out on the board.

Woah - I just found your blog last night while I was searching for Necromunda and Cities of Death terrain ideas. And then you post your stuff here - crazy...

Along with the rest of your stuff, I like your terrain (though I don't know how easy it would be to try to stick a formation in there...) I really like the pale color you went with for your buildings. It's a nice contrast to graygraygray that we usually see.

I mainly built the scenery with the idea of titans stalking around it and using it as cover, and there is something quite evocative about buildings towering over even warlord titans. I think infantry should be able to use some of it OK.

I couldn't resist getting some models out to check:

Oh yeah, nothing wrong with using them as impassible terrain. You take purdy pitchurs too...

Stunning stuff. Seems reasonably play-friendly too.
