A 40k genestealer familar model. I've used one as a brood lord for my stealers and they are bulky enough to be told apart from the normal 'stealers.

I bought a load of the old Purestrain familiars for use as Patriarchs as well. I did have a comparrison picture around, but they are slightly larger than an Epic SM dread.

I saw one where a person used the one on the right and built a throne for it. Looked like the old 40k scale one. Looked good to me.

For epic it might be interesting to mount that throne on some sort of tank, some upgraded Chimera or Leman Russ
