Peter,
Where are these achives for CJ? |
Inside the later Journals there are advertisements to get photocopies of archived CJ articles for a price.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Maksim: Nope. I got all jacked up about other stuff. Also, I decided that buying cheap plastic sprues from GWUS while I can would take priority over buying the Nid Warriors which will still be available after the Epic release.
Of course, I went crazy at the store auction yesterday and bought $150 of beastmen (with a retail of ~$700 ), so that will cut into my fun-money for a while longer...

I don't know. CJs have little ads in them about the archive article service.

Hi!
If someone cold scan me such an ad that would be good. It may be the only way to get those old articles.

Hi Everyone,
---
I bought a new Reaper pack yesterday:
Reaper Legends Pack 2844 - Acid Beetles (2)
Which will go nicely with the other Reaper purchase I made for my Epic Nid army:
Reaper Legends Pack 2517 - Hooked Terror
---
The Acid Beetles are cool. They'll look good with my Nid army and yes, I know, to get photos ASAP.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

I've also found a large number of models good for proxies for Epic Tyranids including:
- WOTC D&D Grick (Carnifexes or other large Bio-tanks)
- Reaper Hooked Horror (A Bio-titan of some sort...)
They look great as Nidz when painted like the rest of my force.
-----------------------------
I also like a large number of old 28mm GW 40k pieces such as:
- The original Biovore... (Expectorator AKA large Biovore...)
- The original Ripper Swarms... (Raveners or bio-tanks...)
- Plastic Ripper swarms... (Raveners...)
- And others...
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

I know that other have mentioned it before, but...
The new Macraggae Nid stuff looks amazing as Nodes!
And any seeds or dried pant stuff looks good as well!
Shabbat Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Quote (MaksimSmelchak @ 02 2004 Oct.,14:29) | The new Macraggae Nid stuff looks amazing as Nodes! | The local store has received a box as a "pre-Release" to show etc. I looked at it. The whole package is nice looking and is a smart move on GWs part.
The whole Nid sprew would be worth getting because even some of the nid parts would be cool to make into other things. If one of the 40k guys in the area wanted another set of terrain and Marines, I would say put in a few bucks and take the bugs.

Yep! Some of the Stuff with the new 40K 'Nids, I'm going use as Epic Bug terrain! ?
As soon as I can get my hands on a sprue... and sell the rest of the bug stuff... here!

Primarch | They are a plastic sprue, so you will have to do like L4. Buy a sprue and then sell off the bugs you do not need.

I finished a ton of new Nid units at Chuck-Con. I hope to post photos here soon.
- Bug-eyed nurglings: I also acquired some new Nid reinforcements on Tuesday (chaos player traded me some bug-eyed nurglings - have no idea what to use them for but I like them!).
- Plastic D&D Grick: In addition, I bought a plastic D&D Grick to go with the metal ones I picked up at the flea market at CONQUEST. They look really cool. They remind me of the desert worms from herbert's Dune except with a more bug-like Nid feel to them. I plan to rebase them on washers like the rest of my Nid force and repaint them with my Nid army colors.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.
