I would worry about the scale differences, on the grand scale of conflict it should be that noticable.

Great stuff Warmaster! You're lucky to get all that stuff...
I wouldn't worry about the size difference... it kinda suits the IG to have lots of different mark of tanks etc rolling about... on the battlefield you probably won't even notice it that much.

Nice stuff! It'll look great when finished. I really like armies with character like this.
I dont like the size difference either, though like the others I dont believe it really makes a difference when they are all laid out for battle!

Just to test out the new feature CS added to the site here's another pic of a FW baneblade.
On a related note: The diary will probably be at a standstill for a couple of weeks as I'm about to be doing a bit of travelling and when I get home I'm moving to a new appartment. I actually spent most of yesterday packing my precious Epic Minis in 4 large boxes... Prayingh to the Emperor and all 4 gods of Chaos that the usual "movement damage" won't be too extensive...

It's been quite a while but last night I finally got back to the Cadia/Catchan/Krieg project.
I've decided to fuse the Cadian and Catachan armies together so that the tanks will share a similar paint scheme. This means that only the Catachan infantry and possibly the Sentinels will be painted more uniquely. Since the Krieg list is constantly changeing
(and after seeing some of the great new miniatures for that list) I've decided to wait with that part of the army.
Following has been spray undercoated for now:
Leman Russ tank company
6 Basilisks
6 Bombards
6 Manticores
Capitol Imperialis.
2 tactical companies (60 stands)
1 heavy company.
In addition I've finished the following models:
3 Destroyer Tank hunters (these are conversions based on the great models on Chubbybob's site.)
1 Shadowsword
3 FW Baneblades
2 Storm Hammers
3 Medusa Siege guns
10 Tactical Infantry.
The tanks are following the same simple paint scheme of Black spraay undercoat, Catachan Green drybrush, Camo green drybrush, Dark Metal detail , Light metal detail Black/brown wash for metal.

...I apologize for the poor image quality on these pics but it was rather dark ...I tried to lighten them up a bit in Photoshop but they came out rather fuzzy. 
I'll put up some better ones in my briefcase soon.
