What a loverly table. Seems to be covered in lots of little soldiers, best to get rid of those nasty things. Send them to Penal Battalion London ... A glorious collection of IG, it is good to see others with the static 88mm (oops I mean earthshakers). I have noticed thatin some cases it is a lot cheaper to get FW vehicles. Also as I am new to this epic stuff whats with Imperial/chaos beastmen? Yours in mild envy. Penal Battalion

Hi!
PB, in the old days there were two types of beastmen models. One came with the old chaos sprue and the figure was armed with a shield and huge axe overhead.
The IG variant had two main figure types. One with a sort of "halberd" and others with "pistols". They both came in the old IG sprue. They are "rare" since they were very few on that sprue, unlike the chaos ones which weremore plentiful.
It took me YEARS to track down enough IG style beastmen to make the companies you see.
Iblisdrax, I had been looking for painters for years. There are MANY excelent painters for hire, its not a matter of quality, but of course of money. I learned quickly that it was improbably that I could pay (or afford) what most painters in the US wanted for their services. Via the netepic group I came across several members living overseas that could paint well, not museum quality, but well enough and more importantly remain within budget. I found such an individual in Europe. I haven't looked back after finding him.
Now, smart chap that you are, you may have noticed I have avoided mentioning who and exactly where he is.......
...if I did then he wouldn't be "my" painter anymore. So thats my little secret for now.
Besides I have work for him at least until 2010!!

Ah ha! That means the 8 bases I have must be Imperial beastmen. So I may be able to use them for my army as shock troops I do like the idea that they must have a Commisar for these 'unreliable' types. Cheers.

Got enough Ordinati there Primarch!
One thing about then, the Ordinati Armageddon (The ones with the huge nova cannon) look like they are missing the towers from the back of them.
Cheers
Chris
