Nope, it's a GS sculpt that was then cast in resin. Probably half the size of a 40k Gaunt.

40k Tyranid Warriors make good Heirodule starting points, though.

I'd think a 40k Tyranid Warrior would be more like the size of a Bio-Titan, perhaps the smaller one. Hierodules would be more like the size of a gaunt but with more pointy bits. They are only DC3 after all, right?

Yup. A 40k Tyranid warrior with a shortened tail, and Hormagaunt claws as its front limbs, ends up about the same size as a Warhound Titan or a (Forgeworld) Baneblade.
