If these ever see the light of day, I'd be interested in aquiring a set.  I CAD'ed up my own floaty pyramid thing and sent it off for a quote from a local prototyping company and quickly realized it cost too much for my measley space zombie robot force.  So if these ever see daylight and you want to recoup some of these costs I know someone who wants some.

Yeah the cost of getting the masters will be offset by the fun of receiving the masters for the short term when the spending regret settles in I shall try to make some casts but there is no timeframe at the moment. Actually I might be able to get it funded as an R&D project from work ;-)

Let's see, 96 cubic centimeters? These are estimates, but PrintAPart would charge you over $500 for that. AcuCast could probably do it for about $300, but their resolution is lower (but material is stronger).

Somewhere around here I have measurements for a Baneblade's volume...

Mold life will be improved if the glyphs are no deeper than they are wide. For example, a stroke .5mm wide should not be deeper than .5mm.

As a general rule of thumb, a change in elevation or stroke won't readily "catch paint" unless it is around .3 to .4 mm.

Your mileage may vary, I am not a professional, etc.
