These are great Jim. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they arrive at Hawaii safe and sound.

Okay, I'm in Hawaii, but I have not had my parents ship my Guard yet :_(

However, I plan on checking out some of the local game stores on Wednesday after I finish my inprocessing for work. I have found some relief in reading the forums here, keep up the great work people!!!

Not being someone who would kick a man while he is down I would however like to hope that this is not going to happen to you...

Okay, actually visited one of the local hobby stores and they actually had some old school Ork, Squat and Tyranid titans. The owner said he had some other stuff, troops supposedly, in another box that he would dig out and I could look at next time I go. Since we are still getting settled and do not get a paycheck until the 1st of Feb I did not look to hard or ask prices. Next time I go though I'll ask him how much for stuff and then let any of you guys on the forum know just in case you want some of the old school stuff.

Oh and thanks warhead for the nice pic!! :alien:

Parents shipped the boys last week and they arrived Saturday. They seem to have arrived safe and sound and I will soon get some new pics up. Esp. of some great new vehicles pouring out of that forge in Texas. Still getting a handle on the new job, but have found some time to paint.

The troops are here, I have assembled a storage area in our new tiny apartment, and here are the first shots of some of the painting I have done in Hawaii!

I love the "tankettes"!

It is the bannana clip from the Big Ork Shootas, but I used a Flames Of War US 30 cal machinegun for the base, just clipped of the box magazine. I only had six though, I need to find a weapons spru or something so I can get more.
