Just a really high speed update, purely because I promised my self to get some pics up today! Sorry for the poor quality, lighting is dreadful here at the mo - I will improve tomorrow.

This is the prototypre Hierophant I've been working on - very nearly complete now, just have to add the two bio-cannons (seen infront in some pics) and some detail work to cover a few holes.











All C&C welcome, but appreciate the photos don't help here - I will improve tomorrow morning, promise!

Hey hey! Very nice.

Very, very nice work on the hierophant , the scratches and holes worked into the carapace really add another layer of detail.

The back set of legs look a bit small maybe, but that might just be the angle the pictures taken from?

Beautiful I was also tinkering with a warrior based Hierophant at some point but gave up on the idea as I just couldn't get it to work right. Yours however looks really great

Its pretty much there now, just deciding whether or not to do the base before photos (the suns out at last!!!) but it is looking much better now.

Still can't decide if the head looks too 'detached' from the body - it certainly does compared to the FW version, but this is a slight remodel anyway!  

Agree about the 'thumbs' thing, they might have to come off and agree the hind legs are a wee bit small compared to the FW one, but I decided to keep them simple!

Anyway, test fitting the Dominatrix/Hydraphant now, will update photos later!

Final update on the Heirophant, promise!  

Have to base the thing yet, but all in all quite happy with it. Its made of a warrior sprue, the mid section of a gaunt, carnifex claws and a few plates. A piece of wire running through the centre gave a solid base to shape the body curve and form some GS around.

I will probably snip the 'thumbs' off the claws as suggeted as well.

The Dominatrix/Hydraphant is coming along, although I'm not sure how to fit the 'throne' to the carapace yet.

Looks very impressive, although I'm not so sure about the hind legs. They just don't seem right. Maybe lowering the rear body a bit may help. When I look at it it feels like he's on tip toes.

But hopefully it'll look better when its painted.

The Hierophant is just... WOW, I really like it, very (alien) spider-like, can´t wait to see it painted.

About de Harridan, nice conversion, another idea for me!! I have some of them and I don´t know what to do with them (at least a Vituperator).
