ps: L4- im always impressed by people who have different battalions of IG!  Im finding it hard enough finishing my meagre 5000 point force :p

5000 points ain't meager J0k5r !   :)  I have Bns of the Old Gray Guard, Vals, Cats and DKoK ...it's all good ! :D

I'm in the same boat as you JOk3r, i'm torn between finishing my 4000pt IG or starting my 5000pt Raven Guard SM's. I figure two SHT Company's will inflate my list a little bit ^_^.

By the way, which is better? A SHT of 3xbaneblades and 3xShadowswords or mixing them up?

I think the usual consensus is baneblades in companies, shadowswords as platoons :)

I do both, some times I mix them, sometime I put them in separate plts ... BTW, I have 6 IG Rgts/Bdes, based on SM1 TO&Es(the best "lists", G/W has "nicked"!).  5 of have 3 Bns and the 6th has 4 Bns. Starting with SM1 models all the way up thru F/W, E40K/E:A to the stuff the Tac Cmd Boyz made for me !  If I was smart enough to use my scanner, I'd post them ... Some day I'll learn ... :D

5000 point i must be mad then assembled and painted 11000 point (netepic) IG and one complete Blood-angel chapter with full support (13000 point netepic) plus 8000 Titan force

Buy FW now! I got some more Stormblades recently, and they must have redone the molds. A lot of the imperfections from previous casts seem to have been fixed.

i did i did Otterman *smiles* i ordered them today. Three Baneblades and three Shadowswords are on the way which will push my IG list up to 4000pts. Sadly, my girlfriend only has about 3000pts... unless i scratch build her another gargant or two ;)

The only time Primarch posts any more is to answer questions about NetEpic, Trash G/W-F/W ... or remind us all how inadequate we are ... :(   Maybe I should talk to the VA Shrink about this ... :confuse:

I think it's about 15% of the total, but the delay is about 1 to 2 months due to backlog.
