If you don't mind cutting your own bases, I think bikes would look good mounted on triangular bases, 40mm per side. ?

Should still be legal and you could change the triangle's orientation for each group to get an even more diverse appearance.

That is to say, for the first base, 2 in front, one in rear, then 1 in front, 2 in rear, then 1 to left, 2 to right and finally 1 to right & 2 to left.

Someone on the E/W forum asked about that thing as well.  The response was that it is a cargo storage area.

After I read that, I realized I see similar cargo racks attached to the backs of trucks and SUVs every time I go on a trip.

Great pics !  Thanks, W/N ! Yes, at first it does remind of a Gorgon Mk.1 or a Trench Rail ... And the Cargo rack makes sense ... I have seen vehicles with something like that !  Can't wait to get mine !  :;):
