Er yes - (decisive turnabout) - Storm, have you ever tried chalk dust for snow? All you need are sticks of chalk and some sandpaper. A different scene-setting option is thin sheets of green stuff draped over vehicles as 'white-out' sheets of camouflage - perhaps over open vehicles?
(Er - titan due on the 23rd October 40,000)
