The only thting that GW-US MO has ever shipped me correctly has been Epic Magazine.
All of my model or bitz orders have been screwed up. I ordered the Imperial Dropship and had turrets missing. I ordered Ork vehicle sprues and they forgot the chassis. I ordered some bitz and about a 1/3 were missing. I order a ton of Epic infantry sprues and my Eldar get left off to never be filled and this was back when they had them too!
I keep very careful track of my orders, even having the Trolls repeat my order back to me and somehow things still get screwed up. I don't understand how, but it happens.
Those have been some of my experiences.
