The Spirit Seer is an Iyanden unit, not Ulthw?; they have a Seer Council, not sure if that is in the doc though.

It is section 5.9.1 (Ulthwe units).

With the proposed changes to the Intercept and AA rules I don't see the point in paying extra for Flakwagons when I can use FBs.

SF - the basic Warband is not broken its when you increase the size of formation when potential problems occur.

Who ever used FB's for intercept before when they were so necessary for taking out enemy artillery?  :p

Personally I think this is just a much needed correction, and Fighta Bombas have a limit on availability in any case.

But players can do that already; that has nothing to do with flakwagonz, I'm afraid.

You can still get as many flakwagonz as you want, you just don't get them at a discount.
