I'm well aware that we can't please everyone but we'll do our best to make things as clear as possible on as many questions as possible. To that end, I'll be looking to continuing the group (and maybe adding 1 more player) that we had under Neal's leadership to get points of view from all over the world. When I play games with the group here, we have a lot of fun. When I played games with the Adeptus Ineptus, I had a fantastically fun time. I'm looking to try and keep the focus of rules discussions on enjoyment of the game. There have been more than a few heated rules debates over the years (I'm as guilty as anyone of being a stubborn jerk at times) and I'd love it if we could all remember that we're talking about playing a game and not making life or death decisions. I'm not a rules lawyer. My aims are to try and make the FAQ's as plain and simple as possible, to try and clarify rules as much as possible and to make sure that players use the 5 minute warm-up to settle any areas of doubt before a game. A lot of my recent games have been with new players and I'm really keen to make sure we have answers they need to learn and enjoy the game. Hopefully, the growing Epic Armageddon scene here in Perth, West Australia means that I'm ok at the rules and sharing them. Feel free to PM me with questions/comments/queries and I'll see about getting things clarified as soon as possible. Anyway, onto studying the FAQ's and to getting the newest version of the Iron Warriors army list out. Cheers, Steve. |
