I'd like to thank those who applied for this. I would hope that they would still be willing to volunteer in the future should the need arise.

Please join me in welcoming nealhunt as the NetERC Rules Chair. I think it's pretty fair to say that his word carries the most weight where the rules are concerned. Having your name on the first page of the rulebook tends to lend a bit of credence to your answers after all.
