G'day all,

I got a quick question regarding Chaos Undivided formations in the Lost and the Damned list and which daemons they can summon.
Can Chaos Undivided formations summon any of the 4 Greater Daemons (and the various Lessar Daemons)?

I've read this:


But, does that mean the Chaos Undivided formations can only summon Daemonic Beasts?
Can a Chaos Undivided formation summon a Greater Daemon using the LatD list?

You are correct an Undivided formation can only raise Daemonic Beasts & no Greater Daemon.

Should rename them Chaos Indecisive, and allow them to summon ditherer daemons. They don't actually do anything though; they spend the whole turn trying to decide what the best action to take would be.

I do, they make a nice buffer between Khorne & Slaanesh forces and let you have Hellfire Cannons.

Covens from any faction can take undivided support formations as well as their own Faction.



As Tiny Tim stated, they are very useful as a buffer formation if playing with hated factions.

Having limited choices for Undivided also allows for summoning "upgrades" for especially faithful forces, e.g. Word Bearers being undivided, but allowed to summon daemons from any faction.
