Here's the first line of a typical sticky in the Epic Armageddon section of the board.

EpiComms Rules Development Board (NetERC)
I have now set up an alternate ERC.
As an interested and enthusiastic new player, the terms bandied about can be very confusing – and as far as I can find, there's no easy way of clarifying the contractions and terms. I thought I'd start up a glossary to help ease 'outsiders' (like me) in to the world of Tactical Command.
However, I must admit I'm clueless to quite a few of the definitions. If any kind 'veterans' could post the answers, additions, clarifications or corrections I'll collect them together in this thread. Ideally, I'd like to have a thread to which I can point people who express an interest in Epic, in order that they can quickly get up to speed on the various terms used on this very helpful and useful forum.

AC – Army Champion – an individual recognised by the NetEA community to be responsible for a particular army (such as Ghazghkull's War Horde, or Raven Guard). The Army Champion's role is flexible, but generally involves presenting a raw army list for players to playtest, then collecting and collating commentary, data and battle report results to develop the army list. Their ongoing goal is to produce an army list that is balanced with existing armies, and to present it in a timely organised fashion.
