The main one that people want isn't on that list:

Finish and release the NetEA Armies Book on a NetEA website.

I'd like to see an annual release really, finalise what we have. Publish it as a free downloadable PDF rulebook and a PDF for each army list, then collate any possible changes like new units to support new miniatures throughout the year and an annual release.

I know people get annoyed by changing the army books, but realistically we have to be flexible and deal with the changes in the 40k universe. Yearly seems about right to me.

If you need a site, I can easily add a section to the EPICentre. Now Dom is the man of the hour in Exodus Wars I suddenly have huge amounts of free time on my hands :D.

In addition - We should look at incorporating Epic:A articles into Incoming! and make it the EPIC one stop shop.

We'd be updating the Armies book every year, right?

No reason why not.
Most lists wouldn't change, especially Approved lists. It'd just be a matter of seeing lists progress from Experimental, to In Development, to Approved, with a few new lists each year too.

im still befuddled ( cool word i know haha) about why people are so pressed on army lists when theres no one united rule set to play from that is in a single document and bringing the world wide community together.

Is it just me or am i the only one that feels that should be the obvious first step don the path of progress closely followed by a army book , and tha nnual update is a good idea.

There is a united ruleset; that on the GW website. It was updated last year with the offical FAQs and Errata put into the body of the rules and no changes to it have been made since. Other than a couple of known typos in the lists it's solid.

Indeed, I think the core rule set is solid.

I didn't think the ruleset was the debate. I thought it was all about the armies. I think the EA rules from GW are tight as they come compared to some of the other they have produced in the past.

There will be a Christmas edition - then it'll be monthly again.
