To expand on that idea, we could present :-

• The FAQ for those questions with definitive answers
• The warm up topics for those areas without clear answers, together with the possible alternative answers
  
  This would also provide a way of listing those topics still under debate, eg Eldar 'gates, off-table entry etc, and might also contain links to the relevant threads

personally i think aircraft shouldnt be able to barge at all. and if they can, they definitely shouldnt also be able to use the ZoC ignoring "we just appear in the middle and encounter everyones ZoC's at the same time" arguement. but i've been over that before
