Meh lists schmists. It's got most of the ones that are "current" on the board, not neccessarily finished, but up to date with testing. Thats gotta be worth something, and it does allow TOs to have a single document to link, which they can then ammend by saying x list is in, y list is out.

Epic-UK tournaments run using core rules with 2008 errata and a couple of caveats.

1. Pre-measuring is to be used, not discussed.
2. They shall not pass - Half the remaining units in a formation must be in the enemy half to stop They shall not pass.
3. Daemon Pool - Treated as a formation in the event of a tie. If it is at less than 50% starting strength opponent gains half points, below 25% opponent gains full points.

These amendments have been in place in UK tournaments since 2007 or earlier.

1 - Is a core rule.
2 - Is a scenario specific rule (near enough to a core rule I guess)
3 - Is an army specific rule, EpicUK play with lots of those (new army lists etc.)!

I'd add a point 4... EpicUK don't use the "Birthday Rule"!

I've used the birthday rule at tournaments, but many just reroll it.

As to pre-measuring the rules encourage it but don't state it is to be used.

Really? I swear I read in an EUK rulespack one time that it was not to be used.

Indeed, I was noting that this was a technical change to the core rules (and not army-specific rules like the Daemon pool thing, of which EpicUK make too many changes to list really!).
