piccies I'm not impressed, especially by the use of a 1st ed gunner! But anyway I guess inf, 10cm move, no save, no cc, ff6+, twin autocannon 45cm AP4+/AT5+/AA6+? |

I like them, and I've got a boat load of those gunners that could be put to good use. They'd also make great conversion fodder for Ork vehicles. |

Oh I like the model - I just think its lazy by FW. Whoops yes immobile, I was sleepy when doing it. If you wanted AA5+ I would cut the range to 30cm (as they aren't Hydra weapons). |

Yeah, agreed, laziness on the part of FW using the 1st Ed gunner, but I think these'll be a neat terrain feature e.g. on top of fortifications, part of an air field... That's how I'll be using them anyway! ![]() ![]() |

(Hena @ Jul. 11 2007,21:48) QUOTE Possibly immobile. Counts as 'Hydra platform' in the Krieg list? I know these are for IA rather than Epic, but why not make something useful for a change ![]() I would have these as distinct from Hydra platforms, they're very definitely lighter systems. Oh and the Death Korps don't use Sabres. Cadians do though.... *HINT* ![]() |

Just got my NL !! 24hr+ after you Euros ! But any way I like the Sabre and the early IG gunner, got lots on my weapons ! AND did you Boyz notice the Teaser pic of an Ork Soopa 'eavy Bomma ?! If you guys got you panties in a bunch over the Harbinger, I think, (IMO) these 'Uge aircraft are going to make an appearance more & more. All forces will have their version of a B-52 ! Why you ask !? Big models cost more for us to buy, and it keeps bringing in new models to the game ... ![]() |

Actually what I would like to see is an Imperial Heavy Transport - the Imperial equivalent of the USAF C-5 or C-17 (only bigger and can carry a lot more). I dubbed it the Hast (Heavy AeroSpace Transport). |

I wouldn't doubt, that may happen ... (I posted pics of my Super Heavy DROPSHIP from GZG before !) But I imagine along with the Imperial Cntl Tower and landing pad, we saw at G-Day, in the future we'll see Ork, ELDAR, etc. airfield structures, equipment, etc. ... But save up your "Teff", as like the Harbinger costing ?35 BPS/$70 USD - you can bet these Heavy Aircraft are gon'na cost ya !!! ![]() |
