Are there any tactics threads on the boards? (ala Warseer 40k/WHFB Tactica) Really slow search speeds at my end so I've given up!  Would be nice to stickify them if they exist.
Also, which is the best board to post army lists in for comments/review?

I don't think there any unified tactica threads... such a thing might be a cool idea to get started for any newbies (One of the hardest challenges for new players of Epic is that there are very few guides to go by that tell you how best to use your new army!).
The best board for posting armylists would generally be that Army's 'rules' board, or maybe the general discussion board (This one!).

There are also several in the Fanatic articles available on the SG website. If you're starting out brand new I suggest Jaldon's (Moko's) article on army composition.
